Adrenalin Dance Terms and Conditions

By booking a class with Adrenalin Dance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment

• All fees must be paid in full prior to your child attending a class.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Adrenalin Dance.

2. Parent/Guardian Attendance

• Parents or guardians are not permitted inside the class.
• This policy ensures minimal disruption and maintains the teacher's authority.
• Please prepare your child for this in advance.

3. Media Release

• Adrenalin Dance may photograph, film, or document workshops and classes for records, learning, and promotional purposes.
• By agreeing to these terms, you grant Adrenalin Dance permission to use images or videos of your child in these materials.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies your child has before attending class.
• Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for dance activities.

5. Code of Conduct

• All students must follow instructions from the teacher and treat others with respect.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

6. Communication

• Adrenalin Dance will notify parents/guardians of any schedule changes, cancellations, or updates via email or text.
• It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

7. Liability

• Adrenalin Dance is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by proven negligence.
• Personal belongings brought to class are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and student.
