✨ Class Overview

This is the class to start your Breaking journey — a welcoming and exciting space for complete beginners of any age to learn the foundations properly.

What makes this session special is that it’s split between our Academy Breakers and new beginners, all in the same big room. This means beginners get to learn alongside experienced dancers — a powerful motivator and an inspiring glimpse of what’s possible — while still receiving tailored coaching and individual attention.

With two coaches, AJ and Amber, we ensure everyone trains at the right level:

Beginners focus on fun games, core foundations, and confidence in movement.

Academy Breakers work on deeper skills, creativity, and performance tasks.

It’s the perfect balance of energy, structure, and inspiration — a true Breaking community in one session. 🧢🔥

Trainers/sneakers 👟

Comfy clothes (joggers, tracksuits, T-shirts)
Optional but awesome gear:

Spin jacket (nylon/waterproof)

Beanie or woolly hat (for floor moves)

Coach AJ – Head Coach & Founder of Adrenalin Dance's London Breaking Academy. Known for his energy, creativity, and focus on developing strong foundations and individuality in every dancer.

Coach Amber – A passionate and playful teacher who brings rhythm, kindness, and structured fun to every session. Together, they form an unbeatable team that keeps the energy high and ensures every student makes progress. 🎶🧡
